At that time, you confirmed that you still wished to receive the remaining products. 2. Second Delivery The remaining three items were delivered on July 8, 2025. You later raised concerns about one dress not matching the description. We asked for unboxing photos/videos to verify with the brand. The photos provided matched both the brand’s official design and our website listing. We explained that if you were not satisfied, you could return the item under our published Refund Policy. You declined and instead requested a full refund for all three products, although two of them had no reported issues. 3.
