Never got my order for my wedding. Ordered over a month ago and they never even shipped it. They did refund me after some back and forth since I never received the item. When I repeatedly asked for an explanation as to why an order that was not even being made to my custom measurements, didn’t even ship after an over a month, they ignored that question multiple times so not sure what happened.

Long review so TLDR: Yes it’s a legitimate website but BUY WITH CAUTION! Clothing quality likely vendor dependent, and extremely long returns process. I bought a dress from the vendor Happy Clothing for $556USD. The dress looks like what’s advertised but it had stains, raw edges and was torn at the seams connecting to the bodice. The material was organza but felt rough and plastic, and was not breathable. I can accept the material being crap but can’t look past stains and tears at this price point. As this was a defective product, I started the returns process for a full refund (if it’s not defective, you get a store credit). The dress was shipped off to the USA on 31/12/24, then it goes to Vietnam and the refund landed in my account on the 27/3/25. Despite the website saying it would refund me the cost of the shipping I paid to return the dress, they haven’t and I’m just going to let that go on the account of the lovely and helpful MeanBLVD team member, Atee, who I communicated with over the course of 3 months (I had to ask for updates every so often). Overall, I won’t be ordering from this site again.

Expensive delivery service. I wanted to retuen my dress because it was too small, they advised that I have to pay for shipping fee (other than the fee I paid while purchasing the dress) and the refund will be in (points) to my account & I can use them for my next order. Their customer service definitely needs some enhancement.

I really loved the dress. Before opening, you have to take a video of the dress to make sure it was all good. Unfortunately, I thought I had checked thoroughly just to find out after the video that some stitches were uneven and not well done. I spent a good $200+ dollars on this dress and would expect good quality overall however the zipper was really cheap. The moment I bent over the zipper popped. Mind you, it wasn't that tight. So when I wore the dress to an event, I was super conscious that it was going to be unzipped again... I advise you to check every stitch and check the zipper in the video too.

I had 5 unauthorized transactions taken from account on the same day to the value of AUD $1058.04. My transaction statement listed MEAN BLVD as the receiver of this money. Advised my bank who were able to tell me the origin of the transactions in Vietnam. Attempted to contact through their support email hoping this was an honest mistake. We had never heard to Mean Blvd before this issue, let along order anything from them. A week later I have received no response except for an automated reply to my initial email. It was only after I wrote my initial review (7 Sept) did they make email contact with me asking me to provide more details. I note another reviewer got the same request for information after money was taken from their account. 10 October update I provided Mean Blvd with the information they required and they said they would get their Finance team to investigate. It was another few weeks before I heard back to say they had investigated and the money was not in their accounts. If this is true, then you can only assume someone has hacked their systems or impersonating them, so BUYERS BEWARE! 9 NOV UPDATE My Bank in Australia investigating these transactions deemed them as unauthorised and has refunded all my losses in full including the o/s transaction fees. Credit to them! I then advised MEAN BLVD that my bank had refunded my losses. I then Received another email wishing me well and asking me to remove my Review. I have edited slightly from my original review on 9 Sept and added an extra star in acknowledgment of their follow up but I’m not prepared to remove it, as others may have had a similar experience.

Mean blvd, please reply to my email when you see this. I ordered a dress here two months ago, and it came last month. I realized I ordered the wrong color, and submitted a refund. They approved it, and I shipped to the given address. And then no update. the USPS website says that it arrived.

Don't shop from this seller. First off, the sizing are too small. I purchased a corset dress for USD 180. When i got it, it was too small, and shorter than I had expected. The website does not indicate the length. Unfortunately, i wasnt able to fit the waist. So i had to return it. Secondly refund is in the form of credit store. And you will have to pay for your own shipping cost with tracking all the way to the states. From singapore that return cost wld be $109. Hence i do NOT recommend this website. Anyway till now they did not receive my return parcel judt becos the tracker wasnt updated.
