Just received my 2nd Dana nightstand. It’s just perfect. Even the delivery person said it was gorgeous. I ordered one, initially to see if I would like it. And I sure did!

I purchased the Hila indoor outdoor basket. The only reason I bought it is because it was on clearance price. I love the look of McGee and Co but can never afford anything. I feel fortunate I was able to snag one before they sold out. It’s very large, and just the look I wanted…like a rattan basket but able to withstand the elements. Again, I would never have purchased without it being on clearance. It did take almost a month to be delivered which was disappointing, but I am very happy with the final result!

Hi Dana! Thank you so much for leaving us a review! We are so happy you are happy with your basket! As for the feedback on pricing and shipping lead times, we will certainly take that back to the appropriate teams to make improvements as needed.

Always beautiful pieces and good customer service! My only complaint is the loooong wait before items ship out that has been happening more recently. I’ve had a few purchases within the last 1-2 months, and things are taking weeks to even ship out! Too long in my opinion, so I do hope this will be rectified soon!

Thank you so much for this feedback Erica! We are happy to hear our team has been helpful! We are implementing changes to our fulfillment center to change the shipping experience for our customers. We hope this will make it a better experience for you in the future!

I realize there are supply chain issues in America. That said I waited a long time to receive what I ordered. If there can be some improvement in that area then I would give you 5 stars.

I love shopping at McGee & Co. because they understand what it means to have great customer service. I have ordered many things and if I ever have a problem with a damaged item or an item arrives not as I expected they are so generous to make my return or exchange without issue and that is far above what most companies offer. Thank you for that.
