It is very difficult to talk to a human being. It is also very difficult to change your address with the company, even before an item has shipped. I was told the item I ordered had already been delivered (2 months prior), and it had not. Also, my item arrived damaged and will have to wait months (again!) for a replacement. Beautiful products, sucky service.

I purchased a quilt and by mistake attached a wrong address. Customer service was prompt and fixed my error. The quilt arrived and I absolutely Love it! The quality is wonderful! The style is beautiful... the weight is perfect for fall/winter.

I love the print and the overall look of this rug. It was hard finding a plaid like this. However, for the price I paid I am disappointed. It has curled at the corners much worse than much less expensive rugs. I waited about a month to see if it just needed time, but ended up having to use rug tape. Thankfully that worked, but still disappointed in the quality.

Had trouble with the shipping and when they finally arrived I was very disappointed because of their inferior quality. The frame stands don’t hold my pictures straight at all and are very flimsy. Not even using them.

The piece itself is pretty but when standing on a flat surface it is lopsided and leans to the side which is not ideal. Also the dimensions of the opening were only for the top and didn’t include the smaller dimensions at the bottom of the pot (I bought it to place a candle in and could not use it for this reason).
