Usually, it takes about 90 days for the cash back to be available- it depends on different merchants as they have different speeds on reviewing the shopping information due to some merchants waiting for the return date to pass, in case of customers return or cancel their orders and as soon as we got your inquiry, we followed this up with the merchant. Hi Guohui Zhang, We are sorry that this disappoints you. Per merchant’s terms, MaxRebates New Users will earn up to 14.1% Cash Back on their first order. The cap is $15 in Cash Back earnings. The standard Cash Back rate will apply if your total order earnings are over $15 and the first order bonus will be based on the first merchant approved order.
