The main reason for my rating is that you have to accumulate a certain amount before they even send you your cash back. Also the terminology on some of the bonuses in their offers is confusing and misleading. At times their cash back is higher than other sites though.

I have emailed twice and have not received any response from them regarding getting a payout for my account. In reviewing the reviews seems like it's a common issue, and the site may be a complete scam. Please respond to my account (REDACTED) if this is indeed a legitimate cashback site, and I'll be happy to update this review. UPDATE: Shortly after posting this I finally received a response to my email. They stated I would have to send screenshots of the order confirmations (including shipped status) to allow for verification of the cashback (only site I've ever had to do anything like this for). I sent those in and am now awaiting a reply. I will update again when I am able to cashout the cashback I've earned. SECOND UPDATE: so they must monitor this site because I got my payout fairly quickly after posting here. Was able to finally cash out the $31 dollars or so I had with them into my PayPal, but it was a royal PITA and truth be told I probably won’t be using this site anymore just because of the inconvenience. Not sure I would have gotten any support had I not posted this review.

After using Maxrebates with several purchases I received a cash payment to Paypal with no difficulty. The second payout attempt said there was problems and to contact customer service. After 6 weeks and 6 emails I have heard NOTHING. Is anybody home?

Hi Len, Thank you for the review. I have received your emails and replied to them. But, unfortunately, the emails couldn’t be delivered to your email address. Per the system’s notice, it appears that our email system is unable to connect to your email system and it’s likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem. Do you have any other email addresses? Where we could contact you like Gmail or Outlook? Please send us a reply directly to [email protected] so we could solve this issue. Sincerely, Adriane MaxRebates Customer Service Team
