But anyway, even without any notices, disable accounts - I hope a lot of people will see this review and choose a different platform for the cashback. PS: Get an answer from this site. They ask for order confirmations... from orders made more than 4 years ago. Are you serious, guys? PPS: After posting this review, my account was unfrozen. Still have my 2$ to withdraw :) So, mb will use it in the future.

I didnt really like that they lowered my sign up bonus out of nowhere

I could never find where to upload receipts, although the information I read in a promotion said that maxrebates.com would allow cash back on up to five per month.

I worked directly with the merchant that I used with maxrebates. The merchant confirmed that they received the payment request from Maxrebates and sent them the money to Maxrebates for payout to me. Over a month later it still hasn't been paid out (since the merchant sent the money). Its been almost 4 months since I made the purchase (It was a very large purchases with several hundred in cashback). I escalated to merchant, I sent repeated emails to Maxrebates (there is no phone number to call). UPDATE - Changed from 1 start to 3. After this post and after numerous emails between myself, Maxrebates and the merchant. Maxrebates FINALLY released the funds for payment. I shouldn't have to chase for cashback that the merchant already paid Maxrebates. My only advice is keep watching the status of pending vs payable and keep on top of them via email.

Redeeming my cash back was a hassle.

Updated: figured all issues. needed to verified some transaction. Even thought my transactions are payable, I needed to send many documents and screenshots to them. It was little inconvenient compared with other cashback sites. Anyway, It will need a much time if you want to resolve an issue with them. ---- All of my Purchases are available which on my id jeffonth. I tried to payout with correct payout password. I tried paypal or check method. But It said "Payout is not available". Sent many email to customer service from my gmail account. Never got any response from them so far.

Update (12/15/2021): After addressing this issue here online, the maxrebates.com decided to compensate me and replied the following response. To be fair I will be putting their response in here as well and raise my 1-star to 3-star. However, for me this was a show stopper to be able to use their service in the future. We again apologize for this inconvenience, and we hope to see you again soon." My original complaint (12/13/2021). Their website advertises that they would give me $20 cash back if I clicked and purchased on a certain date on a certain product, but for bogus reasons they give only $10 without any explanation. When I clicked through a product from maxrebates.com, the ADVERTISED CASHBACK was $20. I clicked I finished my purchase. But for bogus reasons the decision was to give $10. It is quite simple, one cannot advertise something and all of a sudden change their mind and not honor their advertisement.
