Dr. Heather took plenty of time to go over my bloodwork explain each aspect of it to me things I needed to be aware of and encourage me to contact her at any time if I felt any kind of negative effects and spent a full 20 minutes answering my questions and providing me with medical advice, I’m extremely happy with Dr. Heather and look forward to maintaining a relationship with her for several years

Like thousands of other vets, I’ve lived with PTSD for years and like thousands of other vets, I just internalize it, shove it and everything else life throws my way down and get on with life. Not the healthiest way to deal with it, but it is what it is. I gave Maximus’ Oxytocin Calming Cream a shot, not as a treatment for this, but more just to help me be on a more even keel daily. After starting with Oxytocin, I realized that I’m not spending all day inside my own head with constant negative thoughts of doom and gloom. I talk to others now about non-work related things and I’m genuinely interested in what they have to say. What surprised me is that people are interested in what I was talking about. I haven’t felt this since I was a kid and life wasn’t filled with, well, everything. It’s not a cure all for everything, but for me, it makes me feel relaxed and content throughout the day and when issues arise, I just deal with them without getting completely spun up. Sleep has dramatically improved as well.

After a rocky start, Maximus eventually made things right and I am now pleased. I initiated the process on 12/31/2025. I received the blood sample kit quickly and sent it back that same day. My lab results were available a day later - impressive! So far, so good! Scheduling the Dr. consultation was irritating. They kept canceling with no reason given so I eventually had to contact support. They explained there were issues with the scheduling software at that time. I was finally able to see a doctor virtually and he prescribed my medication on the 15th of January . He said he was sending it to the pharmacy right away so they could ship it in the next few days. I’d been waiting almost two weeks, and after contacting support again I was informed that the doctor had’t even sent in my prescription order to the pharmacy yet! I became very frustrated at that point, but support was able to remedy the issue to my satisfaction. I have my medication now, and I plan to continue my treatment with Maximus. I hope this review helps.

These guys are scam artists!! Worst customer service. Run away as fast as you can!!

Horrible support team, takes days to respond to emails, once you get scammed in they refuse to cancel and refund your money, instead they offer you free membership that they won’t even follow up on. Save your self the money and time and go elsewhere.
