200$ a month whether you use it or not. I went with a local doctor and never used it. Over 600$ charged before I realized it. This is not an honest company.

Easy to understand what to do and what to expect. Good communication.

I have been waiting for my medication for over 6 weeks. I was first told the delay was due to pharmacy back log but was later told there was an error with processing my order so the pharmacy never actually received it. It has been over a week and my order still has not been resent to the pharmacy. For all I know no progress has been made because there has been zero updates during this time. Every time I reach out it takes days to weeks to get a response which is typically unhelpful and automated placations. So far I have been refunded for the first month but my account continues to be charged even though no progress has been made on my order.

Stupid mfs I canceled my protocol and still get billed mf so hungry for money give me a refund never worked anyway not paying 140 dollars a month for something that doesn’t work I even deleted my account and my subscription and still get billed!!!

My body had an excellent response the the product. Boosted T levels well into normal range from outside of range. Customer service is responsive although getting started took longer than I expected account testing, and holidays. I have been on treatment for 7 months and recent testing has my T levels holding steady.

Good customer service and communication, and most importantly good effects from medication. Medication formulation and shipping could speed up.

They acknowledge last month that thier shipping was slow so they started the refill process 2 weeks earlier. I filled out everything immediately and now i just finished my last pill and refill still hasn't even begun to process. I try and get a hold of them and they are no help at all. 200 a month for a treatment that keeps having to restart is awful. Don't go here. Look elsewhere.
