The product works the business does not.
The product works. Their discord is active and interesting. The cost is high and their fulfillment process is slow and fraught with errors. The customer service is not great and they charge you every month even if they are slow to deliver or fail to completely. I don't think they can currently handle the day to day operations yet. Maximus is charging a premium for their service and they will charge you every month at the same time even if your medications are late or they screw up and do not send your meds. I have seen them say something along the lines of "youre paying for the protocol we are not a pill mill" . This doesn't preclude them from doing things like following up and making sure people who are having issues receive their medication. The protocol falls apart if I set up a schedule to work on my life, health and fitness and I rely on your protocol to be a pillar of that... and you do not hold up your end. I do not mind paying a premium for something but if I do I expect to not have to worry tracking and monitoring a process. I saw in a reddit thread where they touted their "building blocks vitamins" as enhancing the effects of the Encloniphene by 34%.. Then when they have issues with delivering them.. they say "we are confident that this will not impede your treatment" Which is it? I really don't think this business is ready for primetime. its more expensive than competitors. My advice to Maximus is to start being more proactive. When someone complains on discord , make SURE that they are taken care of, and do it it in a way that shows you are being proactive.

Hi Chad, Thank you for your candid feedback. We're glad our product resonates with you, but it's clear we've fallen short elsewhere. We acknowledge the gaps in our customer service and fulfillment process, especially given our premium pricing. We've hired more customer support and refining our supply chain to rectify these shortcomings. Your point on conflicting messages about our 'building blocks vitamins' is well-taken. In this specific instance, it's important to note that our Building Blocks supplement supports hormonal health by addressing nutritional gaps but is not a requirement in the protocol to see improvements in how you feel. Your advice on being proactive resonates with us, and we're committed to taking immediate steps to improve. Please note, we aim to use Discord as a channel to discuss health improvement, not deal with customer support challenges as the conversations can be difficult to navigate. We value your trust and are dedicated to regaining it. Respectfully, Dave
