Can’t really speak to effectiveness of…
Second Update: As much as I would love to give a 5 star to this company, I cannot for 2 reasons: The first being that the additional blood tests are not included in the subscription price, they’re gonna charge you 70+ dollars and they are *required* to keep your sub, pretty sure they also require you to pay one after a year as well. The second reason is because even though I eventually got everything settled, all shipping from the company is very slow, you will not get your products in a timely manner and I had to contact them in order to get my second script before my first one ran dry. As for the product: My levels have risen to an acceptable level, something like a 160% free test level increase and 96% total test increase, and that’s within 20 days, not sure if the levels will get better with time but overall that’s pretty good. First Update: Customer service reached out to me, or rather responded, and told me the issue was that the pharmacy was delaying due to demand and so they sent it to another pharmacy. This is understandable but the fact they didn’t communicate it was very frustrating, also it doesn’t seem to be uncommon as they have had other reviews where people have complained about the same issues(delays due to demand) which makes me think they do not have a system in place to handle volume fluctuations. I am updating to 4 stars (from 3) because they attempted to make it right by expediting my order and I received a tracking number today. I will update my review again when the results of my first month come back. Original review: Can’t really speak to effectiveness of the product as it’s been about 2 weeks since I signed up and still have not received my product. And therein lies the rub, they ADVERTISE that you’ll receive the blood kit 1-2 business days after signing up, took a week. When I sent the results they received them within 2 days, great…right? So if they can receive it and process the the results that quick why does it take so long to send a blood test kit? The next day the doctor told me what I should do based on the results, said he sent my script to the pharmacy, I got the text and email to the same effect, they both told me it takes 2-3 days to get filled and another 3-5 days to get to me. The doctors message conveniently said in small red print at the end that “due to high volume it could take longer” (paraphrasing) which had me thinking “great so why do you keep telling me 2-3 days if it’s probably not going to take that? However what set me off is getting the same message A WEEK LATER saying they just sent my order to the pharmacist, so when did they send it? Last time or this time? Is it 2 weeks from now or then? The biggest issue I have is if you have high volume, it’s not a surprise to ANYONE in the company, you should let your customers know that there WILL be delays not leave them guessing, second if you can’t keep up with the production based on success (nice problem to have) 1) hire more people to help you fulfill the customers needs in the time YOU are advertising 2) Stop advertising such quick turn arounds, it’s paramount to false advertising 3) Raise the price so that less people purchase and you can hire more people and meet demand, it’s ridiculous to just keep making paying customers wait longer and longer.

Hi, We're incredibly sorry that you had this experience with us. Your frustrations are valid. The third-party vendor that supplies our blood testing kits was experiencing inventory issues. They have since assigned a fulfillment team member to our account to address the backlog. Regarding multiple messages about your order being sent to the pharmacy, we completely understand why that would be frustrating and is not the ideal patience experience. For added insight, this is likely the result of a supply chain issue encountered by the original pharmacy your Rx was sent to, and thus it had to be resent to a new pharmacy. This is highly atypical and not becoming of the experience we strive to deliver. Please email [email protected] and ask for the Customer Success Manager. We care deeply about our community and would like to find a resolution you feel is fair, and leaves you feeling valued and respected. Best, Maximus
