The medication works and I saw major improvements in my energy, mood, wellbeing, and general vitality. The customer service at Maximus is top notch. They also have great community on discord where people can discuss their experiences from the medication and ask questions. Doctors from Maximus are also engaged in these discussions and answer questions. Also want to give a special shoutout to Mickler from the CSM team. He has gone above and beyond in assisting me on multiple occasions. I also see him on the community discord always assisting customers on demand with their issues. S tier customer service.

First off, I'm happy with the program. Is it the cheapest way to get meds delivered? No, there are probably cheaper mechanisms just to get medication. That said, the customer service and ongoing support is what you're paying for. I had a situation recently where due to a holiday weekend, I was close to having a lapse in my medication dosages. Maximus customer support is top notch and aggressively and proactively contacted the pharmacy, kept me in the loop and got my shipment out the door and overnighted to me. I went into the customer service ticket with a pretty high degree of pessimism because I was almost certain given the timeline they weren't going to be able to come through (as I'd expect in MOST typical customer service interactions). I was/am super pleased that was not the case and I know I can rely on them to follow through. Communication was absolutely awesome throughout as well. They've cemented me as a customer based on this alone.

I've been using the Maximus Testosterone Protocol for nearly 3 months now. I have noticed some great improvements to my mood, energy and have achieved a noticeable difference in body composition. I had one delayed prescription, but customer service was pretty on top of things.
