Maximus has been fantastic to me. From answering all of my questions to getting my protocols promptly. Customer service is amazing, had a small inconvenience and miscommunication and it was handled better than professionally. Awesome company, great people.

The products work great, until they don't. Everything goes smooth until you have a bump in the road with your treatment, then you find out the doctors and staff are useless in resolving whatever issues or side effects you're experiencing. Most people don't experience side effects which is great, but know that if you do, you're on your own. Maximus staff will try to tell you that your issues stem from anything except their own products, even if that is the furthest thing from the truth. Maybe this is them trying to protect themselves from liability, but it puts on full display a clear issue with for-profit telehealth companies. Support is great, but you will have to contact them constantly due to shipping issues, things not being updated on your dashboard, or random confusing errors from the system. I have to contact support basically every month due to the awful website/systems in place that seem to never get better. Nothing ever seems to get better. Most reviews here are either 1* from people who dislike the company for whatever reason, or 5* from people on the Discord who were coerced into leaving a review. I started out at 3* because overall the products work as advertised and support is quick to resolve any issues, but I settled at 2* just because the bad taste left in my mouth when I think about how nothing ever got better in the year+ I have been subscribed. You can get the same products with a cheaper and better experience elsewhere.

I've been an active user for about ten months. I joined three of the company's protocols. I have nothing but great things to share about my journey. Customer service has always been 10/10. I've had one small shipping delay over the holidays, and the customer service reps went above and beyond to provide tracking details over the weekend. The Discord community is seriously awesome. Help shape many of my lifestyle choices.
