I lost my 13 yr old chihuahua, Jake, on June 5 from congestive heart failure. His brother, Elwood, also has CHF. I needed a way for a layperson to check what’s happening inside Elwood and Maven has been a godsend. It certainly does not replace an EKG but it does give me a way as a heads-up to difficulty breathing he may be having that is not evident to me. He wears it proudly. His birthday is Dec 22 and I am looking forward to his 14th birthday.

I bought Maven a few months ago for my almost 10 year old male chihuahua mix to keep stats on his health and activity. I really like Maven and my vet checked his stats in the app and said it looks correct. My only minor negative is wishing that I didn't have to charge Maven every 3-4 days but it's still worth it.

Maven pet has been a great purchase. I really like how i can track my Chocolate Lab's sleep and her drinking. I noticed when she is scratching her head more and took her to the vet. She did have an infection. Caught early it was easily treated. I definitely recommend it for any cat or dog parents.

The app is easy to use and the sensors are very accurate. We have 3 dogs who have MMVD so monitoring them is so important and this makes it easy

I've been using it about a week and am pleased with the monitoring. It lets me know when there have been spikes and recommendations on when to see the vet. The 4 stars are only because i wish it had real time #s.

My Maggie is 14 1/2 years old and has been wearing the sensor for a week. I love being able to monitor her breathing and heart rate, make sure she's drinking and when she's sleeping. I highly recommend this for all pet parents. The sensor was easy to attach to her color and the charge lasts about a week (charges really fast too)

I am so happy to find this. For two years I requested extra attention from my vet to look to prevention for my senior dog. I thought when she said “all good” he was. He wasn’t. He had a massive sudden heart attack in the car on the way home from his annual check up. I now believe it was CHF complicated by dehydration. Now that I know more I hope my Katie dog lives longer and doesn’t die painfully. So glad to have help.

We are preparing to take our Aussie Shepherd for her first cardiology appointment next month. We decided on Maven so that we will have more complete information regarding heart rate and respiratory to provide the vet. Both the monitor and website are very easy to use.
