It is comforting to know that my cat is being monitored. When he was diagnosed with a heart condition, and I was told I must monitor his breathing, I was so overwhelmed. I knew I could not do that accurately. I searched online and was ecstatic when I saw the service Maven offers. Maven is very prompt in answering any questions I may have. I am so pleased with the service.

I have 2 sensors with Maven. Everything was fine until one stopped charging then altogether died. I have attempted NUMEROUS times to make a report through the app but because the sensor isn't working, the app isn't doing anything. I have emailed Maven several times for months and they continue to give me the run around. I have explained numerous times that the app won't work to report the bad sensor but Maven just keeps sending back generic emails and resolving nothing. I guess since they have my money they don't care. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING THAT GOES WRONG.

We like the data that is provides to us daily and to our vet monthly. We have a 16 year black lab who is having some heart issues. It gives us some comfort to know if he has a good or bad night and with details

I like this product—when it works. But every time i charge the sensor it stops sending data to the app. I jump through hoops and last week it started sending data again. This week after recharge it still isn’t working. I did troubleshooting and wiFi, internet were fine but it said app needed update. I updated and got confirmation. Still isn’t working. Ran troubleshooting again and again wifi and internet was ok but app required update. Updated again. STILL not recording data in app. Perhaps my sensor is defective (i haven’t had it long).

I really like having this because sometimes I am not reading my dog right and what is going on. Maven gives me more peace of mind. My dog is older and has a heart murmur. I can look at this and ck his heart rate and breathing. Also, I went on vacation out of state but could still ck and see how he was doing each day. I charge it about once a week, which is better than my watch. Very happy thank you

What an amazing and much needed product…it’s like an Apple Watch “Health” App for our 17yo Mini-Schnauzer. She was diagnosed with an enlarged heart 6 years ago and we have been manually counting her breaths ever since. The good news is that she has not shown any measurable advancement in her condition, with the help of 3 prescription medications, which she is given twice each day. This new product adds the missing layer of monitoring and provides peace of mind…thank you Maven!

I love the Maven device. I needed something reliable to monitor my dogs heart rate specifically as he started a new medication. Being a senior dog I now love the insight into all of his health factors. The app is easy to use and reliable.

My experience with Maven pet over the past year has been a bit up and down. I will say this app has incredible potential and there’s nothing else like it as far as a dog data tracker. It gives amazing insights and really personalizes and tailors to detailed notes put in. It’s a smart data tracking app. There are some downsides. I think they need a more dedicated customer service team that you can either chat or call directly. But they have fixed things like replacing your sensor without needing customer service to disconnect and transfer data over. I see they are always continuing to make improvements which I think is a huge deal. But it did feel as if the product was released too soon before the kinks were worked out. It’s nice to see they’re actively making improvements as time goes on. I quit maven for a while but decided to give it another try and so far I’ve been happy with the updates and customer service.
