By far the best company. They really do care about you and your pet(s). It really helps having someone monitoring your pet 24/7 so you don’t have to worry all the time. The app is also easy to use which is a plus.

I absolutely love Maven. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and it has been so very worth it. With my dog getting older, she had her first arthritis flare up and I was immediately able to ask for help from the vet through the app, who did suggest I take my dog to the vet in person, and checked in after constantly. She also helped me figure out the best diet and supplements for my dog, so I have a lot more peace of mind in her nutrition. I get constant checkups and if our Maven Vet sees anything concerning, she reaches out. I love the sleep and activity reports. The customer service team is great. I will be part of Maven for the foreseeable future.

So excited to get my pet's new kit so I can keep up with her health and needs. My dog just turned 8 and her health is becoming more and more important to stay ahead of and after comparing different services I chose Maven.

I did not want to do the year plan, because I never have done this before and they canceled for me so I could do the monthly payment.

As an early adopter of Maven, we've been very pleased by the experience from start to now. The ability to track trends for activity throughout the day and night has helped us ensure that our little girl gets the exercise and diet she needs. The vet check ins are amazing. It led us to changing our dog's diet and, and in turn, she has lost weight and become more healthy. The collar itself has been great for the dog as well. She doesn't mind wearing it as it is light weight, even for a smaller (12 pound) dog. If I had one wish, it'd be for better battery life. We have to charge it up every 5-7 days. I look forward to continued use of the Maven collar. There are consistent updates to the firmware and I am confident of continued positive growth from the company.
