I chose maven sensor for my 14 year old Chihuahua mix pinscher who has mitral valve disease and collapsing trachea. The sensor gave me back sleep and peace of mind! Now I can effortlessly monitor her RRR and BPM at any time of the day or night and know right away if something is wrong. I know if she's drinking enough and if we're doing enough activity. The reports are very clear and precise, the charts are complete but intuitive and customer service is always ready to help. Highly recommended purchase!

I ordered a device however I ended up getting charged twice. I emailed Maven’s support team and they quickly responded with resolution. I trust that once i start using the device, I can rely on the support team to resolve any inquiries I have promptly.

I think having daily all day information about how your dog is breathing and acting, etc. gives people a bigger oversight, especially when they can’t be with their animal all day every day so if something is wrong or something is different this Maven Pet allows you to notice

I got one day worth of data. I took my golden retriever out the day swimming was so excited to come home. They're not loading my data only to find my back stopped working but well maybe it's not fully charged so showed that it was 89% before I left so I charged it still no connection I put in a request to customer service they say they get back to you in 24 hours I've gotten nothing so I paid for a year in advance and so far I have nothing

I love this health tracker. Dogs can’t easily tell us what’s wrong and we are completely responsible for their health and quality of life! I don’t think I saw another tracker that gives you both respiratory rate and heart rate, along with activity and sleep tracking. I had a bunch of questions already and Maven support has been very responsive and helpful. It is definitely worth it for peace of mind on something so important.

Loving the Maven Health app. Easy to set up, easy to use app interface. Gives me all the data I want about my dogs. Customer service is phenomenal and have just participated in a service user interview. Why can’t all companies put the time and effort into the customer experience like Maven do. I would love to be able to download a data dump in csv or excel file purely because I work with data but absolutely no faults with Maven and have been using it for three months for both my dogs.

Prompt, friendly and professional support when enquiring about new features and any queries and doubts. Not just a great product but a great team behind it all. Came in super handy for monitoring my pup’s health/vitals during a period of being unwell.
