My new boat came with some rigging components that did not work well because of their configuration. I went to the boat manufacturer and got no response and then tried the manufacturer of the equipment whose "contact us" system also did not respond. Your firm not only responded immediately but contacted the equipment manufacturer on my behalf and had a solution the next day. It seems to me you have a well run company.

I contacted the customer service using the chat box. The rep's name was Arleth. I wanted to return two NavPods that I received more than 60 days ago. I didn't know if they would accept. They accepted the return (restocking fee accepted). Better yet, they processed the return within 2 hours to help me with a tight schedule. Arleth is the best! Piero is the Best! I would give 6 stars if possible.

I ordered some Lewmar hatch seals and friction hinges. Parts came into stock much quicker than anticipated and were sent in quick time. Ronald P did a great job in sorting out my requirement to change addresses of my shipments. Great all round service and a great job in obtaining the spare parts in what i considered to be less than half the time I was expecting. Would unreservedly recommend Mauripro Sailing.

My only complaint is I wish they were closer… Lol Great experience, site is easy to navigate, everyone I have dealt with including returns has been helpful and accommodating. Pricing is competitive if not cheaper, I will definitely order again.
