I have finally gotten indication that my order has actually been drop shipped, not just had the shipping label printed. It was 3 days between the label printing and shipping. Original order date 7/20, 7/31 actual shipping date.

The parts I ordered where on back order and they did everything they could do to make sure I was updated weekly. ordered a sailbag for a mainsail. it, of course, was a scratch order and took about a month. i also requested a change from the last sail bag they built and they happily complied. they kept me informed during construction and shipping. the bag was good. i will use them again.
