This was a disappointing customer service experience from a business we previously had a lot of faith in. Product appeared to be in stock - good, it was important for us to get this product promptly. Site commits: "Most US orders ship within 24 hours. (During business hours we will attempt to process and ship your order the same day."But days later, the order is still "processing." Multiple contact attempts failed: nobody answers the phone. You are directed to use llive chat: chat however, not working. No reply to contact form. To be waiting so many days, unable to get a response, is not acceptable. I tried to cancel the order - there was no option to cancel, and since nobody was responding on phone / email / chat - how was I supposed to do that? "Message board" feature was not intuitive and did not provide answers to questions OR cancel order as requested. We've now wasted money and am deeply frustrated. Expecting to look elsewhere in the future.

Mauripro has a good selection of parts. They are responsive to questions about pricing, shipping and such. Really good customer service.
