Ordered a set of Harken blocks and some new line for my J/24 from Mauri Pro and it all got here in about a week. Everything was exactly what I picked out and packed well, and they sent tracking without me having to chase them down. Prices beat what I was finding at the marine shops around here too.

At the beginning, customer service did not respond to two of my emails requesting an update of the delivery date. However, once I received a response, the communication improved and I was able to get more information about my purchase and the expected delivery date.

I liked the product selection and the logistics; they can actually deliver anywhere while traveling!

Deeply disappointing experience. The absolutely incompetent customer service was like nothing I've seen before. The representative who responded to me regarding a critical component for my vessel, was all sunshine and promises. First I received a nonworking link to a product page on which I was told I could purchase the critical part. This didn't work. Then I was told a product specialist would locate the part for me. This never happened. I followed up with a message, and was reply to with more sunshine and false promises. In the end, the three-day delay that resulted from false promises from this site led to a huge additional cost, as I had to prepare for an emergency shipment from a reputable vendor. Deeply disappointing and unprofessional.

I placed an order. They could not fulfill it. They “claim” they emailed me. They emailed to wrong address. No response to replies to their SMS texts. No response to chat feature. No reply to phone calls. If you expect ANY customer service, DO NOT use MAURIPRO SAILING WEBSITE! They are terrible!
