I cannot get anyone to besides the chat…
I cannot get anyone to besides the chat app. Trying to get some tech help on a bow sprit. I live person would be nice!

Good prices and selection, things are pretty slow to ship.

Out of stock but listed online
I ordered an item then days later learned by email it had an 8-10 week lead time. That should have been made clear up front on the website. I was impressed that they had so many of the parts I was looking for.
