Deeply disappointing experience. The absolutely incompetent customer service was like nothing I've seen before. The representative who responded to me regarding a critical component for my vessel, was all sunshine and promises. First I received a nonworking link to a product page on which I was told I could purchase the critical part. This didn't work. Then I was told a product specialist would locate the part for me. This never happened. I followed up with a message, and was reply to with more sunshine and false promises. In the end, the three-day delay that resulted from false promises from this site led to a huge additional cost, as I had to prepare for an emergency shipment from a reputable vendor. Deeply disappointing and unprofessional.

I placed an order. They could not fulfill it. They “claim” they emailed me. They emailed to wrong address. No response to replies to their SMS texts. No response to chat feature. No reply to phone calls. If you expect ANY customer service, DO NOT use MAURIPRO SAILING WEBSITE! They are terrible!

I ordered a Lewmar port light seal using the part number Lewmar gave me. It was the wrong seal. I immediately contacted Mauripro to return it. Finally a few days before my 30 window was up I got an RNA. I returned the seal UPS, which I paid for, and over a month later “Lewmar” said it was ok. When I received my refund it was not what I paid. I will NEVER do business with Mauripro again.

Very poor customer service. I initiated a return the day I received my item. It took weeks for them to authorize the return and when they finally did the refund they charged a restocking fee. The fee was only to be charged if the I didn’t return the item within 30 days! Again I tried to return my item the day it was received any delay was due to Mauripro. They take an extremely long time to respond!

Over many years and numerous orders place without incidence things have now changed. In the transition to AI by Mauripro there no longer is a physical "in the flesh person" to address an order issue. In place of a human is an algorism that assures you that your order concern has been handled and that you will be receiving a confirmation email to verify that your order concerns have been addressed and a tracking number will be provided. Which is not the case. When you call to request a real person to speak with regarding this issue a second and third time (providing Tracking number again) the cyclic response begins again, without addressing where is the order. Off to the bank to cancel order.

Mauripro is completely incompetent. I placed an order for something listed as “In Stock”. Was informed it was in fact not in stock and had an 8-12 week lead time. Placed the order. 4 weeks later was texted that they needed a second approval to submit a special order. They are so incompetent it is painful. Please save yourself the trouble and order from literally anywhere else. Should be a 0/5 star option.
