I returned my sunglasses to this company and they did a fantastic job replacing one of the arms (which was broken). It only cost me £12 and that included the return of my glasses by courier. Can’t fault them.

This company sucks, read somewhere this company switched hands? Sent glasses in for repair, contacted about 11 times bt different people. Some say heh there done in the mail back to you, some say heh yah we got them here repairing them?, now today g et a text and call them, they haven't even touched them yet. I give up, so freaking pissed. Went and bought Costa Sunglasses, very pleased, brighter and fit tighter on face. Maui Jims lack good fit. Never buying Maui Jim's again. They suck, especially their customer service. Their rated 2.7 what's that tell you. See how long it takes to get my glasses back. What a joke and waste of money.

The quality for such an expensive range of sun glasses is dreadful, the style is good but they just break in a matter of weeks and the customer support isn't there. Don't waste your money on this brand

My wife dropped her favorite Maui Jim sunglasses on rough concrete - scratching both lenses. We got them in Lahaina in 2013. They replaced the lenses, cleaned up the glasses and they are like new. Much appreciated!

You're not going to believe this. I was experiencing dizziness with some Maui Jim sunglasses that I purchased in February 2026. I finally took them into an Optometrist and guess what...one of the lenses was prescription. I called Maui Jim Customer Service and they did everything they could to deflect on the fact that they manufactured the sunglasses and it was their fault. They seriously blamed the retailer. I'm in the process of arguing with them to get the glasses repaired. I can see them charging me and I'll sink another $100 into these glasses. Really, really poor service from a brand that I love. Guess I'm going to go to Oakley.

Second time my $500 MJ's fell apart due to loose screws on the frame. Worst part is that customer service won't send me the screw, nor will they mail the stupid screw to an authorized dealer. They want me to mail in the glasses and pay $15 for the screw. This is horrible customer service.....

I purchased a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses 8 months ago and the lens has mysteriously developed a crack. I sent them back to Maui Jim for repairs, but their warranty does not cover cracked lens. Buyer beware. Maui Jim has great styles of sunglasses, but they do not stand behind their craftsmanship. Very disappointing. They offered a 25% discount after I complained, which I took, but their overpriced glasses should be warrantied when no other damage is present. I do not recommend Maui Jim.

Nous avons acquis deux paires de lunettes Maui Jim, une pour mon épouse, l'autre pour moi-même. Le confort des verres est indéniable mais la fiabilité est à revoir ( pour ma femme, monture qui s'est rapidement cassée par rupture à l'articulation des branches, pour moi-même verre droit fendu ). Dans le cas de mon épouse, les montures étaient de type souple.Dans mon cas, le fabriquant estime que c'est dû à un choc. Si choc il y a eu , il n'y en a aucune trace visible par un oeil lambda, j'imagine que le fabricant ne ment pas et qu'il a donc dû utiliser un instrument type loupe pour affirmer cela ! Quoi qu'il en soit , et compte tenu du prix très élevé de ces produits, compte tenu de la réputation dont se targue le fabricant, le produit est largement surévaluée par ce manque de fiabilité et cette grande fragilité.
