The man who helped us (I believe his name is Mike) was super informative, transparent, and conducive in helping our family acquire a new bed. The financing and delivery worked out perfectly.

This is is specifically for the store at 3981 N Business Center Drive in Tucson, AZ. Salesman Vern is an incredible SEXIST. He was good at providing information and then giving us time to test the mattress and talk. I'd done my research and knew what would be a good choice for my husband and I. Vern took MY phone number and MY credit card number. I take care of logistics in our marriage and would be taking the delivery. Vern then said "I'm going to put this in your husband's name." I was baffled and asked why. He proceeded to tell me that his wife always tells him how sexist he is. He just laughed it off. If we were not on the way to care for my 91-year-old elder, I would have cancelled the purchase and left. What an insulting, horrible person. DO NOT BUY FROM VERN. It is clear that he disrespects his wife. He disrespects women. He never apologized or acknowledged that what he said was wrong. DO NOT BUY FROM VERN.

Worst mattress / customer service ever! They gave me the extended warranty for another $100 which doesn’t cover the huge dip that was created only having the mattress for only 7 months!!!! Do yourself a favor look for free trials and steer clear of this company. Also, now I see their website claims they have a trail period I was never told about. This company is disgraceful.
