All my dealings with the Store have been very positive, and we LOVE the chair. Both the purchase and zero % financing were easy, and Synchrony Bank is a very professional operation.The store's CS department also does a great job. We elected to do our own assembly, and they were very helpful over the two days it took us to 'get it together.' My only suggestion to them is that the separate instructions they enclosed (as opposed to the ones written by the Chinese manufacturer...there's nothing more difficult than someone not familiar with the language trying to write instructions on assembly) is that they were written by someone familiar with 'how to' rather than by someone writing them from a perspective of pretending never to have assembled the product. In other words, certain 'assumptions' are made that after one has assembled you realize would have been made easier by a more detailed/basic explanation of what to do. Anyway, it works as advertised, and is doing wondrous things for our bodies...and that's what counts.
