We did have an issue with the hip airbag on the left side popping out, but we fixed it!

I was looking to buy a good massage chair. I almost purchased a different one at Costco but decided to look around. I find the same chair at a similar price from the massage chair store. I decided to call them. Best thing I did. I spoke with a representative and they actually recommended a better chair for me! Plus after I purchased my chair my original choice was all over Groupon. Must of been a reason for that. My husband wasn't sold at first but after he sat in the chair he was blown away. I have purchased a lot of things but this one is the best thing. (Statement that came out of my husbands mouth!). He uses it regularly and my teenage daughter who is a top runner has totally benefited from the chair! Stretches her out after workouts. This chair does everything for a great price. Love the chair. ! Love our chair
