I purchased my chair January 2017 & Let me first start by saying Wow Wow I love my infinity presidential Massage Chair. My husband & I shopped around a lot before we made this purchase & I have to tell you we are very please, customer service was amazing & helped us through some technical difficulties but they were very friendly & listened to us about what was going on & fixed the problem and our chair is a show piece in our home, people come through our front door and people are in awe just as we were when we saw it. I tell you of all the massage chairs that we looked at none of them had all these amazing features & quality like this chair has, as you can tell we are very pleased. Again I want to say if you are looking to buy a massage chair you should really consider buying from this company because customer service is so very important & this company clearly stands behind their chairs, I know this from my experience,

I bought Infinity Iyashi last month. I am using it and it is working excellent. Everyday I spend about 20 minutes on this massage chair. It has many option and futures. I would suggest anybody to go for this chair. Thanks

THe workmen who delivered the massage chair did not know how to put it together. They had to read the instructions and then figure out how to put it together. I am not sure that the leg unit is working at all. And I have no one to contact to make this right. So they got the chair delivered, but I don't think that it is working correctly, and I have no one to contact about the problems with the chair. So I'm stuck with a non working piece of a chair. So not a great experience. SORRY!

This chair is awesome. It helps my tension headache and my lower back, also the foot message is the bomb.

My back pains are gone. I plan to upgrade the chair once I have paid it off. Financing was simple. The massage chair is worth the investment.

have one problem with the chair. the air inflammation over the lright hip does not work

We love this chair!!! In some of the settings, the foot rollers can be a bit intense. But most of the settings are just fine. We are really enjoying it.

Only issue was my chairs were on back order and did not get them for about a month. Other than that, it was very good experience. Customer service was very good and quite helpful. And terrific chairs too! Customers love them!
