This company was AMAZING to work with! They responded to all of our questions promptly and they were able to give us reassurance on such an important purchase.. I would 100% buy from them again and we are extremely thankful for the high level of customer care and support that they provided to us.. It really is refreshing to work with a company who keeps their word, and prioritizes their clients.

We have purchased four chairs (Fujiiryoki, Luraco, and D.Core) from Sophie and Yunior over the years—for both ourselves and our family members! Their pricing was the best, as was their knowledge of all the different brands and models. As a family team, they aren't "wedded" to just one brand since they sell so many. Sophie and Yunior are incredibly responsive at all hours of the day, night, and even on weekends! Our last two chairs purchased were the Fujiiryoki JP-4100 and the D.Core 2. Great job, Sophie and Yunior—I’ll be back!

Top-notch company that looks out for its customers. They went above and beyond for a chair issue I had (no fault of their own). Stayed with me every step of the way, and resolved it like no other business would normally do so. 10/10. Will be happy to do business again with them in the future. Thanks, Sophie/Yunior!
