Good customer service. Very quick response. They shipped my package about 2-3 days after I ordered. I received my package about seven days late, but it’s due to FedEx’s delay.

We recently purchased an Infinity Massage Chair and it is an outstanding product! Couldn't be happier. It truly is therapeutic, the doctors who designed the programs are obviously very knowledgeable. I had hip pain for a couple of years and after 2 sessions in the chair (hip and spine mode) the pain went away! I now look at this as a trip to the chiropractor rather than just for relaxation, although it as great for that also! Worth every penny

So far so good. White glove service as well as overall customer service has been pretty awesome. I recommend them.

It is absolutely my pleasure to write this review. I purchased the Inner Balance Ji model. I have several herniations and have had 2 neck surgeries. Since I've been using this chair my mobility (and my attitude) have considerably improved. You will not find a better chair. Lucy (my chair and beloved massage therapist) literally massages from my head to the bottom of my feet, whoa! And, if that isn't enough, the customer service is phenomenal. A business and product from the good ole days!
