Massage Chair HeavenReviews of massagechairheaven.com

I bought this as a birthday blessing to myself & to replace my 10+yr peeling running down Ht. I was worried that this chair (Ht 7.1) wouldn't be as effective as the older one and I am glad that I was worried over nothing! This Ht is way better in so many ways. A much sleeker design, lighter, more quiet and different intensity modes, like relax or sleep. I also want to give a huge shout out to Sophie! She answered ALL of my questions, re: function, design, weight, financing and delivery AND included diagrams/pictures! (You Rock!) I highly recommend purchasing from this company and a Human Touch massage chair! Side note: These chairs are affordable, My first Human Touch 5.1 cost considerably more 10 yrs ago, but so worth it!

Wife and I made an appointment over the phone. We showed up and were able to pick the one we liked. Thanks again!!

We had a lot of questions and the salesperson was really helpful. Helped with answering all our questions all the way to putting our order through! The white glove delivery was out of their hands, and was something I was dreading, since the chair is very heavy. However, to my surprise, the whole process went very well!

Omg i helps me alot since i use it is a miracle thank you

Great service! Yunior was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions.

I like the foot and lower back massager, it does exactly what it advertised to do. It comes with a one year warranty. My concern is if something goes wrong after the one year, if I can get anyone to fix it.....Great product...

Excellent communication.

This chair is amazing! My husband and I use it about every day. We have had it for about six weeks and I am still learning new things it will do. It is also not too bulky looking and is a very high quality piece of furniture that doesn't look out of place in the living room. Love the foot rollers also! I have plantar fasciitis in my left foot and this is really helping after a long work day! I am so pleased with the purchase and very happy that we picked this chair. I had an excellent purchasing experience also. Sophie was very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns when I was comparing different chairs and deciding on the best choice for us. She is very knowledgeable about the products and very patient! Definitely make use of the online chat for any questions you have as that made my buying experience fun and eased my concerns about making such a large purchase online. The chair arrived as promised and we have had no problems at all. It really is like having a personal massage therapist at home!
