Yunior, the owner, was very accessible; he was quick to respond to questions and gave very good recommendations. Delivery went very smoothly and as scheduled, not to mention free of charge. So far, I’m enjoying my massage chair thanks to Massage Chair Heaven.

the best purchase to start the year with an excellent service
We went to the store, we went in just to look and the attention of Yunior the seller was so good that we tried all the chairs. In the end we bought "Emperor 4D". My husband and I love it and I recommend it 100 percent. I want to thank the delivery service and especially the attention in store, we are very happy! Ricardo

Customer service was great
Customer service was great! Yunior was helpful with explaining thr different types of chairs so I was able to select the best one for me. He even went the extra mile to help me get the color I desired when it appeared as though it may not have been available. Thanks again!

Good customer service
Massage Chair Heaven has good customer service, and the Inada chair has nice quality manufacturing Japanese products! A fly in the ointment, massage is too soft for me, and it seems to be suitable for people who need to very soft and light therapy massage. Thank you!

This company is great to work with. I live on the other side of the country and they made me feel so comfortable with my purchase and answered any questions I had promptly. The chair was delivered to my son and he is very happy with it.

I received by Chair yesterday
I received by Chair yesterday, January 18, and I just don’t know how I lived without it before. I’ve had three back surgeries and I’m always in pain with arthritis but I can see with consistent use this will help me tremendously I just love it. I had wonderful service from Massage Chair Heaven and the trucking companies were great they got here when they said they were so I would advise anyone who has anxiety or Pain to purchase one of these wonderful chairs.

Good service and great chair at the best price.
The owner was very nice and worked with me. Definitely white glove service. Love my Maestro Ltd… exactly what I was looking for at the BEST price!! Thank you Massage Chair Heaven! You all Rock! My fiancé and I fight over who gets it first after work. My kids are starting to enjoy it too, soon we’ll have to draw numbers.
