Synca 1100
Synca 1100 I took a real risk and bought a Synca 1100 massage chair on line through a gentleman in Florida working with Massage Chair Heaven. He was super friendly and seemed very knowledgeable without being pushy at all. He spent over an hour with me on the phone. A few weeks later a “white glove” delivery was set up and two gentlemen came with my chair. These boys didn’t really know what they were doing and the chair arms were put on backwards. I called the delivery company and the boss came the next day and fixed the problem. I kept in mind that during Covid days hired help is slim pickings so it was great the boss came out the very next day. I spent the next few weeks learning about the chair and felt like it was a great purchase. Regardless I knew there was more capacity to the chair than I was utilizing. I reached out to the man I bought the chair from and he put me in contact with the best rep in the USA. Tim took the time to go through several features of the chair that will take my feelings about this investment to a whole new level. I highly recommend the Synca 1100 and feel like the customer service that I’ve received is above the five star range.

Excellent service
Very informative service. Personal and knowledgeable. I was having trouble making the final decision on a chair due to a problem with a previous purchase. Via chat they were able to answer all my questions and confirm that the chair I was thinking about was perfect….and they were right!

Massage Chair Heaven good to work with
Very poor delivery service but Massage Chair Heaven was great to work with. They are no longer using that delivery service and stayed on top of the situation with the delivery service.

Great service for a great product
Easy end-to-end. They called to schedule the delivery day and when the day came the delivery was prompt and the guys were in and out with assembly in about 20 minutes. I've been using the chair for over a month now and I can honestly say it's one of the best purchases I've made. I use it most days because it really helps relieve tension
