Massage Chair HeavenReviews of massagechairheaven.com

Exceptional customer service! In a world where it seems people are doing just enough to get by THIS team really knows how to deliver great service!

Best online buying experience for a high priced item I’ve ever had. Seriously, from ordering to reception, it was a breeze. I chatted with “Sophie” online and she beat a deal I had lined up from another company on the spot. I ordered my chair and received it in 2 weeks via white glove service. All good.

I saw this chair at my tanning salon googled it and found message chair Heaven I had the chair in 4 days love it!

Outstanding customer service and very responsive when you have any questions or concerns. To share my experience, white glove delivery was not available in my area. Massage Chair Heaven immediately refunded the amount without delay. Massage Chair Heaven communicated with their customer promptly for any updates or delays. I am extremely happy with my massage chair. Like any other, everyone has their preference. This chair was within my budget and fit all my needs. Thank you Massage Chair Heaven for a great customer service. You treat your customers like family.

Best ever gift ever.

Sophie is the best!

The chair is great! Helps relieve my back pain and is very relaxing.

Massage Chair Heaven was great! I highly recommend them. I am from out of state because the chair I was looking for has no dealers here and so I searched and found them. I talked to Sophie online and she was great and educated me about massage chairs and was a great help to me in picking the right one. It was expensive and I was a little hesitant doing this online because I'm used to trying something before I buy it. But since I was not able to I took a leap of faith because I needed a chair for my girlfriend who was in a car accident and decided to trust Sophie. She rewarded my trust and the chair she helped me pick was fantastic!! I believe the Lord led me to their company and chair and it worked out fantastic! Great company they won't steer you wrong! Highly recommend them!! Can't say enough good things about them! Honest and nice you can't go wrong with them! One thing I want to add that's important is that you can setup the chair yourself. It basically comes already setup. The one thing you have to be very careful of is when you setup the foot massage. There are youtubes available which are accurate BUT when you add the pin lock I highly recommend you put a towel beneath the lock in case you drop either one. If it goes into the foot massage you may never get it out. I did this and only by the grace of God was I able to retrieve it. I actually went to Home Depot to see if I could get a replacement. I got one that may have worked but went I got home I lifted the foot massage one more time and it was there. Only the Lord could do that. Anyway I highly recommend putting a towel beneath the lock so if it falls you can get it!! Great chair. It changed my girlfriend's life already!
