I purchased the chair for my husband for Valentine's Day. He was impressed at the thoroughness of the massage, plus the many multitudes of options. Customer service was great as I had a question about fixed point massage, which I couldn't figure out from the menu. Once clarified, now the chair can be customized to certain areas of the body that need extra attention, it'a's a great investment in health and wellness.

I had an outstanding customer experience with this store. I was searching online for an Osaki Pro Maestro LE and connected with Sophie over chat. This was on Christmas and a Sunday. I was surprised how quickly Yunior got back to me and offered a very competitive price. I placed the order the same day and Yunior kept me posted through shipping and delivery. I live in California. The chair was delivered on schedule. I am now enjoying the chair!
