Great Experience
Yunior was incredibly responsive before, during and even after buying the chair. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different chair features, offered a great price, contracted with very prompt and professional white glove movers, and made the process of making a large purchase sight unseen go smoothly.

Yunior was a very pleasant surprise!
Yunior was a very pleasant surprise! He was very knowledgeable, explained the differences in massage chairs as I was trying them, and patient. There was no sales pressure, period. Yunior was diligent in helping me get the chair that was comfortable and offering the massage I was looking for. Before making a massage chair purchase, check out Massage Chair Heaven.

Very smooth process, most competetive price
Very smooth process. Set an appt, tested a few of the chairs I had been researching (which they have in their showroom), got a great deal for the chair I liked and it was delivered in a week. They offered to come build/install but found a video and put it together in 30 min myself. They still offer to come out to walk us through so customer service has been great so far. Hoping it lasts as long as my previous chair that had no problems in over 10+ years. Recommend anyone looking for a chair locally to go by their showroom.
