Im absolutely happy with the purchase
Im absolutely happy with the purchase. I chose with Junior friend The Osaki Duo Pro Max. He was patience as I went into store for hours, a few days. He knew exactly which was the best chair for me, and I ended up picking the one he initially suggested. He is really knowledgeable and detailed towards the experience. Not only I would, I did recommend to friends that are waiting already for their chairs too. I support this store as it a gem difficult to find nowadays. Thank you Jr!

Our experience with Massage Chair…
Our experience with Massage Chair Heaven was excellent. The customer service person was very helpful and we received our chair when promised which was the Circ+ chair. The chair itself gives a very good upper and lower back massage for it's small footprint which was important.

I was in contact with Sophie B
I was in contact with Sophie B. Almost everyday for almost two to two and a half weeks and she answered all of my questions and never became a sales person and tried to sell me anything. She just gave me information on various chairs and companies and was very helpful. Sophie was very nice and informative and never put any pressure on me to buy a chair.

Great customer service which makes for a great buying experience.
What made my experience great was working with Junior, who happens to be the owner of the company I bought the massage chair from (Massage Chair Heaven). He listened to my wants and needs and asked me how much was I looking to spend. And then he gave me a few choices. Then I was asking him about the Osaki OS-Pro Ai Series DuoMax 4d and he was very knowledgeable with that and every massage chair mentioned. He let me make my own decisions with no pressure from him. I was able to call him back several times, which made me feel comfortable and made this whole experience a good one. Buying the Osaki OS-Pro Ai Series DuoMax 4d has been a good health investment for me. It's really helped me out with my back pain. I truly believe in a good customer service experience, and that's what I received.
