The delivery of the Luraco Massage Chair was right on schedule, and the installation technician completed the chair assembly in a profession way. At the beginning there were some operation functions not very clear, and he tried very hard to get connected to find the answer. Excellent job! The Massage Chair is very well made, the store owner Yunior has been very nice, and is willing to listen and help any customer issues. I am very happy for the whole purchase process.

Sophie worked with me to get the right chair for my needs. I wanted an American made chair and she told me there was only one made by Luraco in Texas! So we looked at those models and I chose the i9 Max Medical Massage Chair. Since then she kept me posted on when it would be delivered.

I recently purchased this massage chair, and it has exceeded all my expectations! Expert guidance through entire process. From purchase, delivery, and the set up was super easy. The build quality is top-notch, making it feel luxurious and durable. The massage functions are incredibly effective, from gentle relaxation modes to deep tissue settings that melt away tension. It truly feels like having a professional massage at home. The adjustable settings allow for a personalized experience, and the added features like zero-gravity positions enhance the comfort even further. It’s definitely an investment, but for the relaxation and relief it provides, it’s absolutely worth every penny!
