Do not work with this company. Shady billing practices. If you miss your free trial date, they charge you full price for an entire quarter at their premium plan. $200 for something I looked at once. No heads up and no refunds. No phone number to talk to anyone in Customer Service. One of those send us an email scams. Run from this compamy who clearly knows people want to cancelnafter finding the value marginal at best. So this is how they make there money.

Advisor answered all my investor questions. Much more robust and accurate than all the guru software tried previously. Already looking at couple investment opps for flips into airbnb. Product intuitive and they respond to your appt request timely. Just signed up.

Platform doesn’t offer any value. Running back of the napkin calculations with Zillow is more useful. It is very glitchy and hard to use. I tried to cancel my free trial, but it was very difficult. My credit card ended up being charged even though I thought I canceled. It took reaching out to customer service multiple times to get a response. They won’t refund me even though I never used the service after the free trial.

I am a computer engineer and work with data on a regular basis. I’ve been using Mashvisor to determine how to make investments in real state and as of this writing I am certain that there is nothing better than Mashvisor out there. They have a TON of real state data including data from airbnb. You can export all the data from a certain neighborhood to excel files (.xlsx) and process it however way you wish. I’ve been using machine learning algorithms to determine what houses are the best deal within a certain area. The subscription price might seem a little steep but it’s 100% worth it you will save big money by using real data which best represents the market. Learn to use data for your benefit and you will have a huge advantage over anyone that doesn’t, as you will have a more complete and broader view.

Mashvisor was amazing for helping me figure out the area my husband and I wanted to purchase our first AirBnB home. I am extremely busy with work and needed something reliable and easy to use to run my numbers. My husband is the type that will aim and shoot, so I needed something that could keep up with him! Just went thru the demo of this platform and I like it. Provides great insight into the real estate and expected rental rate of return which is not easily available. I will sign up when I am ready to make the purchase
