Great Analytics
I was looking for the optimal spot to buy an investment property and wanted to short-term rent most of the time and was concerned that I was going to be able to buy something and still turn a buck. Mashvisor showed me that the area I was looking in was not a prime rental area so I could adjust. The analytics are amazing and even had staff offer to do a tutorial. I just wish there wasn't an automatic purchase at the end of the trial period. With life so hectic, it's just one more thing to remember.

This platform is a useful tool
This platform is a useful tool, helps you identify properties that are potential rentals either short term or long term. The only thing I would have liked to see is the ability to identify properties for sale that are currently rentals. It’s definitely a lot of information in one place, takes some getting used to on navigating and learning how to filter results.

Refund request granted.
Didn't realize the service was automatic subscription;contacted customer service as soon as I realized there was a charge. Cust svce was responsive to a refund, although it shouldn't be contingent on leaving a review. This could have been avoided if there was an email notification before the charge.
