Mike was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. I am so excited to get started on my journey and Mashvisor is not only going to cut the time frame down of my research, most importantly it's going to help me make the right decisions for my investments.

Forgot to cancel my trail in 7 days and was charged the subscription fee. Reached out to Mashvisor regarding the issue and they explained to me the no refunds policy, but were nice about returning the fee as an exception because this is a difficult time. Very thankful about this. Took a star off because I tried several days to reach anyone. I'd recommend using email directly instead of calling them.

I paid a one time fee for Mashvisor and have used a number of times. It's simple to use, shows potential profitable areas to rent out AirBNB properties vs less profitable areas. Update 9/29/2021: I now use Mashvisor DAILY!!! It is that useful!!!

I couldn't bulk download Cash on Cash return metrics - only the cap rate.

I also ran into a trial issue with mashvisor but after talking them they quickly refunded my post-trial subscription. Great customer service.
