Amazing Experience!

Great Service. Invaluable Data
Mashvisor has been very helpful so far. I'm just an individual but I am planning on building a property in the mountains (live in Colorado) and Mashvisor has been helpful for me to strategize how I'd like to build my rental property and what I can expect for short-term rentals. After navigating the software I became comfortable quickly and appreciate that I was able to utilize data in minutes that would've taken months to collect.

Great Customer Service and Platform
I had tried the free trial and thought I had cancelled before the billing period was about to begin. I was billed $200+ anyway and explained to them through email my conflict that I thought I had cancelled after the trial. They were quick to respond. After three simple and short emails explaining the situation, I was fully refunded. When I am ready to start to my house rental company, I am definitely going to use MashVisor. Thank you!

Great software and good customer service
The software is great for getting a big picture on whether or not to further pursue a property. I like that I can instantly see what local rents and AirBNB rates are, and what the average vacancy rate is without having to do an outside search of a market I'm not familiar with. I had an issue with the software, and customer service was very responsive and helped me resolve the issue quickly.
