Ordering was easy & shipping was quick. But unfortunately, my cats were not interested in the kitty curlz. I have not yet received a response from their customer service yet regarding this.

I ordered two Kitty Kurlz toys while they were on a sale. They shipped quickly and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The toy itself is brilliant and my wild little friend loves it!

From ordering to prompt delivery. This company was on point. Was kept up to date with emails. Product is just as described. My cats are yet to use it as I'm on holidays at moment.

Communication at every step of the purchase, shipping and delivery is tops. I set up the Kitty Kurlz last night and Cookie won't leave it alone. It's fun for me to watch her play! Love it!
