I have not received pkg. Was held up in Columbus, Ohio. Fraud postage. Would not deliver. Then new email tracking number but ended up delivered to different name not me in Ohio. I live in N.M. 88030. So it's been horrible trying to get pkg. I paid for. I'm done bank is handling it with info from tracking numbers. Better business is next step if you don't return my money. I've waited patiently then have this scamming happen. To stressful for a old lady, but not stupid.

I have never received my order. I paid $40 for two of them, it was shipped and got as far as about 90 miles away from me hen the USPS said the shipper used counterfeit postage. Now I will never receive my order, and every one of my emails has gone unanswered. Complete and total scam!

This is a scam. They took $ 40 and it has not arrived yet and they will not get back to any of my emails.. this site needs to be removed. I did buy one from Amazon and it was delivered in 3 days. My cats do play with it. So buy from Amazon .. I will never see my money refunded

I ordered 2 sets of the kitty kurlz, on 5/26. When I check the tracking, it says order not found. So the one star rating should be zero stars because they’ve done nothing for me. I do want the 2 orders but I’m not sure it’s going to happen.

My cats didn't have as much interest as I'd hoped in the kitty kurlz, but Mia helped me out to ensure I could find a product they might like more

I bought two Kitty Kurlz. One had all the magnets floating around in the box. The other one was fine. It took a while for my kitties to decide to try the 2nd one. At first they were quite aloof. Finally the girl cat started to play with it to the point that she was really having fun! So I’ll keep it and try to repair the other one.

I purchased two kitty kurls last year. What a surprise! Very small. Put both together and still smaller than advertised. My cat has never shown one bit of interest. I’ve even moved it to different locations. Nothing. I’ve learned order nothing advertised on Facebook. It’s a ripoff!!! Read Trustpilot first.

Placed an online order for the kitty kurls on 21st April. In full on debit card Now 21st May One full month on and still not received. Ok I live in rural Bulgaria but have had no problems with ordering from other online companies Temu, Shein etc All deliveries to my home address. I provided full address, map location, GPS and they still say courier company yunexpress.com can't find me Yet this company have shipped to me before. Id like to know if Marlene pet shop is a genuine seller or a scam. When you have a pet that's got hip joint problems this toy would be well used Am I being scammed
