Great customer service, good selections. Got what we needed!!!

Great explanation and demonstration of product line made purchase easy and delivery was prompt.

Our first purchase at Mark's was fantastic and we still comment to one another regularly "omg best bed ever!" We got a fantastic queen size bed for $600 including the frame when we bought a few years ago. Then we came back to buy our daughter's bed a couple years ago and were similarly pleased with the comfort and the price. This week we returned to buy our son's bed and felt like the low-price part of the deal has been lost. We didn't really have time to shop around and went to Mark's expecting a good deal. I was disappointed. The bed is fine, but the price felt like full retail. Next time we buy, I don't feel like the drive across town will be worth it.

Great service and prices.

Informative sales team that won't pressure you into buying. Shopped around after my visit and found that all other stores had inferior products at higher prices and sales people with no knowledge of their products. I've had the bed for a month now. I wanted to wait to review it until I had slept on it for a while. I fall asleep faster and wake up with feeling like I got a good night's sleep. I would recommend Mark's to anyone who wants to get great sleep at an affordable price.

We were in need of a new mattress to address some back issues and had looked at several regular coil and pillow top mattresses and some hybrid options before coming to Mark's Mattress outlet. We had actually decided on a mattress but decided to pop in and see what they had. Robin, the saleslady, immediately directed us to adjustable beds. We hadn't seriously considered one previously but in a matter of minutes of having us try one out for comfort level she had us convinced that this might just be the best option for us. Our purchase was a split king so that we could adjust each side separately. Initially we had some issues with getting the one side to work but she made sure that someone came out to the house to help us get everything in working order as soon as possible. Both of us have much happier backs thanks to someone encouraging us to change direction! They cared enough to follow through to a good experience for us.
