Marks Mattress OutletReviews of marksmattress.com

Candace was awesome. Got a great mattress for a great price.

Good quality at a good price. Excellent service sale through delivery.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery guys were also very professional.

The team there was super nice and they did give me a great dealing my new bed. The representatives was easy to talk to, they understood what I was looking for, and no high pressure sales pitch. The only thing I would say that was a negative for me was the delivery. I had a time slot between 8-11. I woke up early on Saturday and waited and waited. After 11 o’clock I called the store to find out what was going on. There was a mishap on my delivery time. The representative fixed it right away and I finally received my bed close to 1 o’clock. Other than that, the experience was good.

Robert at the Charlotte location was very professional and made the process so easy. Delivery was timely and team was also very professional and careful. I would buy from Marks Mattress and again and will recommend to others!

Excellent service.

Matthew did a great job, thank you for all of his help. Thx, Mark

We had a great experience at Mark's Mattress Outlet. No high pressure tactics and friendly knowledgeable staff.
