I had to call back to move forward with the order after the initial call the day before. But the salesman was apologetic for not returning my phone call earlier and was friendly and courteous throughout the sale.

I came in already knowing of another mattress I was probably going to buy at another store in town, but the friendliness and knowledgeable attitude of the employees at this store were wonderful. They showed me many comfortable mattresses that were higher quality than what we had seen, but at the same price. They helped me with any questions we may have had, told me about their own personal mattresses at home, and made sure we left with the best mattress for us. I would suggest anyone and everyone to visit this location and leave happy.

Great customer service. Answered all our questions, but also gave us time and space to make a decision. Didn't try to over-sell us.

We had issues with a mattress that was purchased two years ago. We received a full refund plus great assistance in finding a replacement. Fantastic!

The bed isn't as comfortable as we thought it was and when it arrived there was a stain on one of the matresses and snags with strings on both mattresses. When buying something new, I would expect it to be clean and in great shape. We called the store and was told that it happens and that was it.

Easy to work with and honest people. Good products too. But some of the sales guys need to learn a little more about their products. Could also stand to have more sales attendants. I never saw more than one on the floor ever during the numerous times Iv been by. Though more sales guys would probably drive up the prices, so thats a tough choice?
