Marks Mattress OutletReviews of marksmattress.com

TL;DR: Good employee, good price, new mattress feels like a dream! My husband and I needed to replace our old and worn mattress. After looking online, we found Mark's Mattress store and we dropped by. Mr. Travis Staten has been awesomely helpful in matching us with the perfect mattress for our needs. The store didn't have the California king in stock so they special ordered the new mattress, delivered to our home and took out the old mattress. Definitely worth the price and the wait!

Marks Mattress the employees has been very helpful in picking the right Mattres and box spring for my bed frame every since I bought those two items I been sleeping very comfortable Thanks Mark Mattress

Customer experience in the store earned 5 stars but follow up and delivery earned 2 stars. I was promised a calll and delivery the week following purchase. I did not receive a call and when I called I was informed that it could take a couple of weeks before mattress was delivered. Failure to call me and failure to more truthfully explain possible delays at time of sale earned low score. Mattress was delivered Saturday - the last day of “the following week “.

Arthur was great in helping me pick the perfect mattress. Great customer service!

Buying a mattress at Marks Mattress Outlet was easy. The selection is very good, Travis at the Rivergate location was so helpful. Delivery easy! I highly recommend purchasing from Marks!!!

Sure you're honest experience, and help others make better choices.

In my quest to purchase a new set of mattress the salesmen were edgar to help me achieve ultimate satisfaction. They showed me many sets and pointed out details of each. I finally narrowed my search to 2 sets I returned the next day and finalized the deal. Very Happy and comfortable now. I will purchase all future bedding with them

Sydney was great! She asked the right questions when we got there to show us the best options. We have not picked up our product yet, but will next week. She gave us time to deliberate, gave us space and gave us great information when we texted each option. She was nice, seemed very knowledgeable about the store and products. The prices were also phenomenal.
