The salesman that approached us was super friendly and at first seemed to be knowledgeable about mattresses. But as we continued to discuss options it seemed that he was just good at saying what he thought we wanted to hear. I'm not sure he really knew much about his product. he changed the pros and cons of certain types of mattresses to just sell something. I felt the prices were reasonable so if you already know what you want then they would be a good source. I did end up buying a mattress and have had it for 30 days with no issues presently. We were going to buy additional mattresses for my kids but after being there for over an hour and haggling over prices, he realized that they didn't even have the mattresses he was selling us and no plans to get that mattress any time soon. Seems like he should have checked inventory--it's right at the back of the showroom in plain sight--while waiting for the manager to approve or disapprove the price. I did not appreciate the push to get me to give them a 5 star review. I felt that if they gave me good service and a good product they wouldn't have to coerce me to give them a 5 star review. that issue came up several times with the manager and salesmen..."We'll give you a discount if you give us a 5 star review"
