Awesome Guys! They provided everything that I needed to have a successful campaign. Some of my most profitable months came from their awesome creatives and meta.

Their tech does not work. I agreed to pay them $1,500 USD per month. After 2 weeks, they could not get their system to connect to Meta. I asked them for a refund, after ignoring me they agreed to give a refund but we still did not receive our refund. I opened a dispute with Amex. I also asked them to remove my credit card information from our account, and to remove our product information from our account. They said they would, but have not done so. Even though I uninstalled their Shopify app from our Shopify store, they still have access to all of our products. I will be making a complain with Shopify and with Meta now.

I have been using Marketer as my ad agency for my Shopify store, and the experience has been outstanding from day one. Their integration with Shopify, Meta, and Google Ads means I can run high converting campaigns without juggling tools or struggling with networks. I am excited to continue this long term relationship as it evolves and drives growth for my business.

Im pretty much pleased with Marketer and Sebastian. Their replies for help can be a bit late due to difference in time zones but they always get back within a workday. The software is okay to use but seems it could be easier for the not so PC savvy business owners as like me. That said the bottom line for me is a decent ROAS. My best performing campaign nets a 4.7 which is great. The caveat of course is the low performing campaigns that pulled my overall ROAS down to a less desired 3.6. So my plan is to follow Marketer suggestions to see if I can continue to scale while maintaining a High ROAS.

The AI ad creatives are mind-blowing! We have seen a notable increase in our ROAS. Would strongly recommend!
